📘 How to Play Head Volleyball

Two heads, one ball and a net in the middle. Keep the ball off your own floor and send it over to the other side. When the ball touches the ground, the other side scores; reach 5 points to win. Play against the computer or race a friend on the same keyboard: the left player runs with A/D and jumps with W, the right player uses the arrow keys. On a phone the on-screen buttons do the same job.

🧠 What it builds

This game targets timing and hand-eye coordination. Short, regular sessions (10-15 minutes a day) work better than one long sitting.

📱 Where it runs

Works in the browser on phone, tablet and desktop — no install, no sign-up. Turn the phone sideways and the layout rearranges itself, keeping every control finger-sized.

🎯 Who it is for

Designed for ages 6-12. Younger children can play with an adult, older ones on their own.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Can two people play on one phone?

Yes. Choosing "2 Players" shows two sets of buttons under the field: the left set belongs to the blue player, the right set to the red one. Landscape is the most comfortable.

Is the computer too strong?

The computer predicts where the ball will land and runs there, but it does not always jump at the right moment. Dropping the ball right behind the net or in the far corner scores often.

Why does the ball sometimes bounce back off the net?

The net is a real obstacle: hitting its top makes the ball bounce back, hitting its side keeps the ball on your half. Jump into the ball to send it higher.

Can I change the winning score?

A match ends at 5 points. It is kept short on purpose — one match takes one or two minutes, and the loser always wants a rematch.

Do the keys scroll the page?

No. While the game is open, arrow keys and the space bar only move the players.
