📘 How to Play Build a Snowman?

Build a Snowman is a free, lossless decorating game. A bare snowman base made of three snowballs sits on screen. Eight accessories from the tray below get dragged onto the snowman; any piece dropped close enough bounces into its correct anatomical spot.

1. The tray below holds a hat, carrot nose, eyes, mouth, scarf, arms, buttons and a broom.
2. Drag the accessory you picked onto or near the snowman.

4. The 'New Snowman' button sends all accessories back to the tray and shows the bare base again.

The scene — gradient sky, pine trees, snowy hills and drifts — is entirely drawn in code; the snowballs are shaded and shown with volume rather than as flat white circles, with a continuous soft snowfall alongside.

🎯 Why wide-tolerance placement?

Each accessory's target area is deliberately wide, so a small child's hand never needs pixel-precise aim — dropping it "roughly in the right place" is enough, and the game handles the rest.

👶 What to expect at age 3-8

For the youngest players, the skill is simple drag-and-drop and body-part awareness: "where do the eyes go?" Older kids learn to bring all 8 accessories together to create a snowman all their own.
