The numbers tell how many squares to fill in each row and column. Fill the right ones and a picture appears.
🧠 What it builds
Short, regular sessions (10-15 minutes a day) work better than one long sitting.
📱 Where it runs
Works in the browser on phone, tablet and desktop — no install, no sign-up. Turn the phone sideways and the layout rearranges itself, keeping every control finger-sized.
🎯 Who it is for
Designed for ages 7-12.
❓ Frequently Asked Questions
What do several numbers mean?
"2 1" means the row has 2 filled squares, then at least one gap, then 1 filled square. The order is kept left to right (top to bottom).
Where should I start?
From numbers equal or close to the grid size: in a row of 5, "5" is fully filled and "4" makes the middle 3 squares certain.
Is there a warning for a wrong fill?
No; the picture just does not complete. Check each row and column count one by one; X marks remind you which squares are surely empty.
What is this puzzle called?
"Nonogram" or "Picross", a Japanese logic puzzle. Here it uses child-friendly pictures (heart, cat, star…).
How big is the grid?
It starts at 5×5 and grows to 8×8 and 10×10 with the level; squares stay finger-sized even on narrow screens.
