Numbers show how many mines are next door. Flag them and clear the field without stepping on one.
🧠 What it builds
Short, regular sessions (10-15 minutes a day) work better than one long sitting.
📱 Where it runs
Works in the browser on phone, tablet and desktop — no install, no sign-up. Turn the phone sideways and the layout rearranges itself, keeping every control finger-sized.
🎯 Who it is for
Designed for ages 7-12.
❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Can I hit a mine on the first tap?
Yes — mines are placed when the puzzle is set up, so there is a small chance. Nothing is lost: the same level simply restarts.
How do I place a flag?
Tap 🚩 to turn on flag mode; taps then flag squares instead of opening them. Tap it again to return to opening mode.
How big is the board?
4, 5, 6 or 8 rows depending on the screen; squares never go below 44 pixels. Mines increase with the level and the board grows by one row every 4 levels.
Do I ever have to guess?
Sometimes, as in real minesweeper. But check every number first; most of the time logic gives a certain answer.
What happens when I hit a mine?
All mines are revealed and the same level restarts; your level does not drop.
