📘 How to Play the Times Tables Game

What makes this different from random multiplication quizzes: here you pick one table and work through it. Choose the 2s and you get 2×1 to 2×10 in shuffled order; the dots below show how many you have finished. When a table is done its button turns green, so you can see which ones you have practised.

1. Pick a table from the 2×–10× buttons.
2. Find the answer among the four options.
3. A wrong tap does not skip the question — try again.
4. Ten questions completes the table; move to the next.

🏫 Why one table at a time

When questions jump between tables, children never see the pattern. Staying inside one table long enough for the pattern to appear is what makes them stick.

💡 Tips

• Start with 2, 5 and 10 — their patterns are obvious.
• 6, 7 and 8 are the hard ones; a few minutes a day works better than one long session.
• Wrong options are neighbouring results from the same table, not random numbers.
• Turn the phone sideways and the table buttons fit on one row.
